Cloudflare, a widespread distribution network or CDN ( Content Delivery Network ), includes advanced features relating to DNS management with a view to increasing the security, reliability and performance of websites. On the security front, Cloudflare offers integrated solutions that can detect and mitigate DDoS attacks and limit the number of queries per second that hit DNS servers, with the aim of stopping attacks on the front lines. By virtue of our partnership with Cloudflare, the service supports any domain registered with Shellrent and can be activated for free from the Manager control panel.
Check out Cloudflare Once the Cloudflare Nameservers Rich People Phone Number List have been enabled ( read the Guide to find out more), you will be able to manage the DNS records and the " proxy " functionality directly from the Manager panel, to choose whether or not to entrust the filtering of incoming traffic to the Cloudflare infrastructure on your website before it reaches the origin server. But there's more, because we have recently implemented in the Manager the ability to manage the security level of domains without the need to access the Cloudflare dashboard. If you notice anomalous traffic, you can then quickly activate a high security level (including " Under Attack " mode) from the Manager panel to protect your website from threats.

Cloudflare checks the legitimacy of incoming traffic based on the IP address score of individual requests, which is the result of combining information collected by the service's firewalls (WAFs) and Project Honey Pot . Literally "honey jar", the project corresponds to the largest network for tracking spam and phishing, constituting a sort of database of IP addresses associated with malicious activity. To contribute to the Honey Pot you need to insert "traps", created specifically to lure bots, into your websites. If suspicious behavior is detected, the system will flag the responsible IP address which will be added, with a score, to the Project Honey Pot blacklist.
